The Litter Picking project was birthed as a result of the frustration seeing the increase of litters in Motherwell / Wishaw and SHOTTS our communities and knowing the damaged such can cause to our health, dangers to wildlife and our environment as well as the emotional impacts on us as humans. The increase rate is alarming by the day than we can imagine.
TEFFFE SCOTLAND believe that we can in our little way work and push this campaign of reducing and in due course eradicate all kinds of littering for a clean, healthy communities that we will so proud of. TEFFFE SCOTLAND stands for a clean, healthy community that we all can way in and cherish without running across litter.
We do have our clean up event once every month and tend to work with government, local partners and volunteers.
