BAME Women FoodFestival and Wellbeing Project
Culture is a way of life and form of identification and this can be displayed through our traditional/ cultural dishes.
The BAME Women food festival project tends to impact positively in the lives of women of the BAME group as it creates that opportunity to learn about other cultures and foods. The project is dear to our heart because of her possible influences over our behavioural attitudes of accepting one another, building the trust and sense of belonging through acceptance of the different foods.
This project also will extend the cultural knowledge to the younger generation, who knows little or nothing about our culture.
